Pronghorn Fitness offers paid access through:

All payments are securely processed by Stripe.

Prices and billing details are shown before purchase and may vary by region.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time within your account settings; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

 

Your Data and Privacy

We take privacy seriously.

Workout and sensor data are processed primarily on your device. Data that is synced to our servers is encrypted at rest and in transit. You can delete your account at any time to remove your data from our servers.

 

User Content

You retain all rights to the workout and performance data you generate.

By using the App, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, back up, and process your data only as necessary to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring any content you upload or share (e.g., via Strava or Garmin Connect) complies with their respective terms.

Connecting these services is entirely optional and user-initiated. Data is only shared when you choose to upload workouts.

We are not responsible for the availability or operation of third-party services.

All software, logos, designs, and content in the App and Website are the property of Mizmoz Limited or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute any part of Pronghorn Fitness without written permission.

• Injuries or outcomes resulting from use of the App.
• Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the preceding 12 months.

 

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or misuse the service.

You may stop using the App at any time. Account deletion is available upon request.

 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do, we’ll post the new version at https://pronghornfitness.com/terms with an updated date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted under the laws of England and Wales.

Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
