Display Settings
Section titled “Display Settings”Here you can set how the application displays various data units such as distance, speed, and time. Most of the settings are self-explanatory.
Week starts on setting
Section titled “Week starts on setting”This setting determines what day of the week your workout week starts on. It will be used when viewing the calendar and when scheduling workout plans.
Workout Settings
Section titled “Workout Settings”Alerts
Section titled “Alerts”Alerts are audio notifications that are played when certain events occur during a workout such as start countdown, next step, etc.
Testing History
Section titled “Testing History”Manage your testing history. Currently, only FTP is used in the app.
New test results that are added with a date in the past will be applied to workouts from that date. This may cause changes to activity loads, zone breakdowns, etc.
